- 1 piept mare de pui dezosat/ 1 big bonelss chicken chest
- ½ ardei iute taiat felii subtiri / ½ thinly sliced hot chilli pepper
- 2 catei de usturoi zdrobiti / 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 3 linguri ulei de masline / 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 lingura otet balsamic / 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- zeama de la jumatate de lamaie / juice of half a lemon
- ½ lingurita sare / ½ tsp salt
- piper proaspat rasnit / fresh ground pepper
- 500 g fasole verde / 500 g green beans

preparare / Methodof preparation
1. Se taie pieptul de pui fasii, se aseaza intr-un
castron iar peste se adauga restul ingredientelor, mai putin fasolea verde.
Cut the chicken chest into strips, place it in
a big bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, except green beans.
2. Se amesteca bine, se acopera si se lasa sa
se marineze circa 1 ora.
Mix well, cover and leave to marinate about 1 hour.
3. Se toarna bucatile de carne, cu tot cu sosul
marinat, intr-o tigaie si se rumenesc usor pe toate partile, avand grija sa
ramana suculente.
Pour the chicken pieces and the marinate sauce
in a pan and slightly brown them all over taking care to remain juicy.
4. Intre timp se opareste fasolea verde 5-6
minute in apa cu sare, se scurge, se pune peste pui si se amesteca.
Meanwhile scald the green beans 5 to 6 minutes
in water with salt, drain it, put it over chicken and mix.
5. Se mai lasa pe foc 2-3 minute dupa care se poate servi.
Cook 2-3 minutes longer then you can serve it.
