- 600 g ciuperci champignon (decojite) / 600 g champignon mushrooms (peeled)
- 1 crenguta rozmarin proaspat, tocata / 1 sprig fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3-4 crengute de cimbru / 3-4 sprigs thyme
- sare dupa gust / salt to taste
- piper negru macinat dupa gust / ground black pepper to taste
- 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lingura zeama de lamaie / 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Mod de preparare / Method of preparation
1. Se incalzeste
cuptorul la 350 de grade si se aseaza ciupercile intr-un vas termozistent /
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and place mushrooms in a baking dish.
2. Se presara
rozmarinul si cimbrul in jurul ciupercilor iar peste sarea si piperul / Sprinkle
the rosemary and thyme around the mushrooms and salt and black pepper over the
mushrooms.
3. Se stropeste cu
uleiul de masline si zeama de lamaie / Drizzle with olive oil and lemon
juice.
4. Ciupercile se coc
pana cand devin moi iar lichidul se evapora / Bake mushrooms until are tender and the liquid is
gone.
