Salata de fasole verde cu pui / Green bean salad with chicken



Ingrediente / Ingredients
  • 1 salata verde / 1 lettuce
  • 400 g fasole verde congelata / 400 g frozen green beans
  • 1 piept de pui (prajit pe gratar) / 1 chicken breast (grilled)
  • 3-4 catei de usturoi / 3-4 galic cloves
  • 1 rosie mare / 1 large tomatoe

Mod de preparare / Method of preparation

1. Intr-o salatiera mare se aseaza frunzele de salata verde maruntita, cateii de usturoi tocati marunt, fasolea verde fiarta 3 minute si racorita, rosia taiata cuburi mari si pieptul de pui (prajit pe gratar) taiat si el cuburi.
In a large salad bowl put shredded lettuce leaves, finely chopped garlic cloves, green beans (that have been boiled for 3 minutes and cooled), large diced tomatoe and the grilled chicken cut into cubes.

2. Se asezoneaza cu sare, piper, ulei de masline si zeama de lamaie.

Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.

Pui picant cu fasole verde / Spicy chicken with green beans

Ingrediente / Ingredients
  • 1 piept mare de pui dezosat/ 1 big bonelss chicken chest
  • ½ ardei iute taiat felii subtiri / ½ thinly sliced hot chilli pepper
  • 2 catei de usturoi zdrobiti / 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 3 linguri ulei de masline / 3 tbs olive oil
  • 1 lingura otet balsamic /  1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • zeama de la jumatate de lamaie / juice of half a lemon
  • ½ lingurita sare / ½ tsp salt
  • piper proaspat rasnit / fresh ground pepper
  • 500 g fasole verde / 500 g green beans
Mod de preparare / Methodof preparation

1. Se taie pieptul de pui fasii, se aseaza intr-un castron iar peste se adauga restul ingredientelor, mai putin fasolea verde.
Cut the chicken chest into strips, place it in a big bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, except green beans.

2. Se amesteca bine, se acopera si se lasa sa se marineze circa 1 ora.
Mix well, cover  and leave to marinate about 1 hour.

 
3. Se toarna bucatile de carne, cu tot cu sosul marinat, intr-o tigaie si se rumenesc usor pe toate partile, avand grija sa ramana suculente.
Pour the chicken pieces and the marinate sauce in a pan and slightly brown them all over taking care to remain juicy.
 
4. Intre timp se opareste fasolea verde 5-6 minute in apa cu sare, se scurge, se pune peste pui si se amesteca.
Meanwhile scald the green beans 5 to 6 minutes in water with salt, drain it, put it over chicken and mix.

5. Se mai lasa  pe foc 2-3 minute dupa care se poate servi.
Cook 2-3 minutes longer then you can serve it.

Pui cu lamaie condimentat / Seasoned Lemon Chicken


Ingrediente / Ingredients:
  • 4 jumatati piept de pui cu os, fara piele / 4 bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed
  • ¼ cana suc de lamaie / ¼  cup lemon juice
  • 2 frunze de dafin / 2 bay leaves
  • 1 lamaie medie taiata in felii subtiri / 1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lingurita sare / 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lingurita usturoi / 1 tsp garlic
  • ¾ lingurita de piper negru / ¾  tsp black pepper
  • ¾ lingurita de busuioc uscat / ¾  tsp dried basil
  • ¾ lingurita de tarhon / ¾  tsp tarragon
  • ¾ lingurita de cimbru / ¾  tsp thyme
  • ¾ lingurita rozmarin uscat, zdrobit / 3/4 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
Mod de preparare / Preparation:

1. Puneti condimentele, uleiul si frunzele de dafin intr-o punga mare de plastic resigilabila /  Place seasonings, oil and bay leaves in a large resealable plastic bag.


 
2. Adaugati puiul si sigilati punga / Add chicken and seal the bag.

 
3. Agitati pentru a acoperi / Shake to coat.
4. Puneti in frigider la marinat aproximativ 1 ora / Put in the refrigerator about 1 hour to marinate.
5. Scoateti frunzele de dafin / Discard bay leaves.
6. Tapetati un vas de copt cu spray de gatit / Coat a  baking dish with cooking spray.
7. Puneti carnea de pui in vasul de copt / Place chicken in the baking dish.
8. Aranjati feliile de lamaie peste pui / Arrange lemon slices over the chicken.



9. Stropiti cu suc de lamaie / Drizzle with lemon juice.
10. Acoperiti vasul si coaceti pentru 30 de minute /  Cover the dish and bake for 30 minutes.
11. Dupa 30 de minute descoperiti vasul si coaceti inca 15 minute sau pana cand puiul este fraged si  se evapora tot sucul ramas / After 30 minutes uncover the dish and bake 15 more minutes  or until chicken is tender and all remaining juice evaporate. 


12. Serviti peste orez / Serve over rice.
